1. All sales and purchases are final and non-refundable. There are no cancellations or adjustments allowed once orders have been submitted.

If customers are unsatisfied with their orders for any reason, they have the option to return the order with the order number, and an explanation in regards to why they are unsatisfied with their prints. We will be glad to reprint your order if you are not satisfied. The return must be done within 2 weeks from the time the customer places their order; Otherwise the aforementioned does not apply.

3. PhotoDirect prints orders as they are; Meaning, we will process the order according to how it was received and will make no adjustments to the order unless it is noted. In that case, there will be additional charges for adjustments in the picture pending on the degree of changes, which we will do to the best of our ability.

4. PhotoDirect will not be liable for the content of any submission. We process orders as they are received.

5. PhotoDirect will not be held liable for damages caused by shipping. We package our orders appropriately so there should be no issue concerning the packaging itself.

6. PhotoDirect is not responsible for any materials submitted by the customer that may bring about any liability under applicable law. Any material that may violate privacy, publicity, or copyrights without the permission of the owner and those parties within the pictures are prohibited. PhotoDirect guarantees that the rights of the customers and images submitted are used solely for the processing of their order.

7. PhotoDirect has third party software available to you. In order to download the software, you must agree to abide by the terms and conditions of that software. PhotoDirect is not linked with the terms and conditions of the software.

8. Privacy: PhotoDirect will only disclose personal information if requested so by law and we believe that it is necessary to abide by the rule in regard to a court order or legal processing being conducted on our website. In any other case, PhotoDirect will guard customer information to the best of our ability using the SSL encryption software in addition to Verisign services.
